You know how it is. The winter months really make it easy to put on a few pounds. Even if you live where it is beach weather in January, you still have a tendency to put on weight around the holidays and when the days are shorter. Then, all of a sudden, summer is here. Now add to that a high school reunion, and now you can see why the 3 Week Diet was becoming very appealing to me. I had already started on a weight loss plan, but it was going slow. I needed to drop almost 30 more pounds before the reunion next month.
I needed to follow a plan. My ideas were not working fast enough. Do I like dieting like that? No, but I really wanted to fit back into the jeans I was wearing last summer. I really packed on some weight, and everything fit tight. Even my underwear was digging into my skin now. Not comfy even in the slightest. Continue reading
