So, I hear this or even a variation of just one of these ALL THE TIME…
I got hurt after trying a workout that my own trainer forced me to be do. I had trouble doing a physical exercise and they kept telling me to maintain going. I was being rushed through a physical exercise.
I actually don’t understand WHY individuals who get hurt by fitness instructors do not stop training together immediately and sue them. The carelessness would eventually stop in the event the lawsuits turned filed.
Some personal fitness trainers making the effort to call everyone a sports athlete and train them as though they are really competitive athletes. The average adult searching for general fitness or fat loss is NOT a competitive athlete and really should not be trained just as if they are a competitive athlete. The average person who’s not competed in a very sport with a high level lately or years SHOULD NOT be doing advanced exercises for instance box jumps, burpees, or sled pushes among other exercises on the first day. There are specific progressions and fitness levels that need to be mastered prior to a advanced work outs are introduced. That is like telling someone who never drove to compete in a very NASCAR race.
It’s unbelievable how many fitness trainers hurt people because these are feeding their egos or they’ve very little experience and knowledge. Did you know that many fitness instructors just pay money for and take an internet based exam with no real-world preparation, knowledge, or exercise experience? And then they call themselves fitness trainers. It’s SAD and also the general public is paying for it.
Now, have you any idea WHY I am so proud to become an NSCA-CSCS? We know the best way to train athletes so we know when you hold back while helping a grown-up become more fit. We view the SCIENCE behind the exercise so we know exercise progression. A college degree must take the CSCS exam and you are therefore given (and require) a few months to study the many material. It is a serious certification and yes it must be maintained with training once certified.
Please DO NOT trust just you to definitely train you. Do your research, get referrals, and view the trainer’s credentials. Many people arrive at me AFTER they have got been seriously damaged by fitness professionals. It’s your body, your hard earned dollars, plus your time which is to be spent by looking at the wrong trainer. Please CHOOSE WISELY!
