I felt so frustrated for my husband. He’s been dealing with pain for months and months. It hurt my heart to watch him hurt on a daily basis. I know that it frustrated him because he was very grumpy all the time. But I didn’t know what to do for him at first. A friend said that she had heard about this really good chiropractor in San Diego CA and that I should check into it. She said she really did not know much more about it than that. I didn’t know much about what they do either, and I told her that I might check it out later.
About a week later I came home from work one night and found my husband sitting on the couch with tears in his eyes. I rushed to him and asked him what was wrong. He said that he had walked to the kitchen so that he could simply make himself a sandwich, and standing at the kitchen counter caused him to have shooting pains in his back and legs that were unbearable. He said that happened an hour earlier, and he was still hungry because he was unable to stand in order to go back in the kitchen to make himself a quick meal so that he could feed himself. My heart broke once again.
After I made my husband a nice dinner, I went immediately to our computer so that I could look up the info I learned about from my friend. I learned that chiropractors can be trusted to help people when they feel there’s no more hope to feel good again. I vowed to make a call the very next morning when I woke up, and I found an office nearby it could see him right away. I drove him there that same day, and now he is getting the help that he very much deserves. He wants his life back, I want that for him, too.
