It has been really difficult to get to where I am now, because I have been doing things the way that the doctor will tell you to do it if you go ask him. At first I was pretty much going on a fast for a couple of days per week. It is a really unpleasant thing, but this is what works. You eat less and you exercise. I have been looking at things like this page of what purports to be unbiased nutrisystem reviews. It is going to be a tough thing if I have to lose all of the weight that I have to do it the way that I have done it so far, and it is going to take time. The really tough thing is to stick with it, even when you really hate it. Then of course once you get to where you want to be, then you have to be able to stay there. Obviously once you get to the right weight, the first thing you shall want to do is to celebrate with steak and cheesecake.
It is a bit depressing to think about it to be honest, but you do not get any discounts in this life. Almost anything that is worth wanting is going to cost you in one way or another, you pay in cash, blood or sweat. In this case you have to suffer in other ways too. The big thing I have done is giving up sugary drinks. Instead I drink water all of the time and nothing else. That eliminates all sorts of empty calories and so it is something anyone can do and if you do other stuff it is going to pay off. Then I try to eat smaller portions of the same things I like to eat.
